I do love your "Shelf life"! The composition and palette. What's He trying to work out....?

Thanks Avril, some friends decided he represents the youth of today overshadowed by the economy (sunflowers) which is dead and wilted. Seems fair enough, although I thought I was painting a still life, not a searing indictment of the current global situation....

This is very original, Dennis. Love the objects and the red ribbon!

A good setup Dennis, I like the sunflower looking down onto the little man.
