Thank you very much, Heather, Tessa, Marjorie and Fiona. My son was drinking mulled cider in our local pub at Christmas and I couldn’t resist his expression. It reminded me of a brilliant French animation called “Les Triplettes de Belleville” so I had to put him in a Paris cafe. Cafe St Regis is a real cafe but everything else, I fabricated. Thanks again for taking the time to comment.
