Thanks very much Jan and Stephen .This was a sketch I did about three months ago, to see if I could paint the complex curves of a boat. Stephen, the past six months has been such a steep learning curve and so full of surprises. I don't think I could stop now even if I wanted to. Your comments are most encouraging, thank you!!

I always draw a figure of eight when I paint this type of boat, gives the basic shape very well.

I'm envious Bob.....I've been trying to do boats in the last couple of days and have given up for the moment. You have done a wonderful job on this one!
