Thanks Sylvia and Heather for your feedback. Although working on a small scale, I decided on an informal group of five moving figures in different poses to accentuate the mobility. And for a balanced composition. Victoria Street is a busy one and with a little patience it's easy to select the ideal figures for this kind of approach.

Hi Coral , someone else at the NPG said the same! Perhaps, it's the choreography of the moving figures which make it feel like a slice of life.
