Wind swept hawthorn on a gamborge sun set
I've been playing with colour and the combination of new gamborge and Prussian blue gave me the inspiration to develop this back lit example of a wind swept hawthorn. A subject that is all over Britain in exposed areas and not least in the Pennines and dales near where I live. The back lighting gives a silhouette and the whole combination , in my view, says 'last light of day'
