Yes whites are tricky Diana, But you have made a reasonable job of it.However its these observation studies that make us better painters. I love that washing on the line their. This is only a sketch, but I am looking forward to your next painting.

This is lovely Diana, an interesting composition using the diagonal and lovely soft colours which blend well - and the washing line is a nice touch!

Watercolour on Bockingford 300gm. 5x7in. Another try at that blossom White blossom in watercolour without gouache is difficult I managed a rather pathetic display but can see how negative painting and masses of observation needed.
