Wonderful control of the medium Diana. This subject would look super on any wall.

A real cracker Diana superb

It's very impressive Diana, I like the limited palette. What size is it?

Thank you John , Dennis and Jenny. It's 30x22''. Diana

There's a lot to like Diana, you can tell they are Herdwicks...excellent.

Thank you Fiona I love all sheep but Herdwicks remind me of my favourite place and home of my family Diana

I rather like it too Diana.

lovely spontaneous work Diana I like it too can see the enjoyment you had doing it

This is very good Diana, they look like a gang on an outing, sort of menacing in a sheepish sort of way!

Scary - a stampede of sheep from a low angle looks as though they are going to trample you! Good painting.

Reflects your passion for art.. Truly Beautiful..

A great effect and composition Diana. The marks are placed exactly.

Thank you everyone who left those much appreciated comments. I really wasn't sure about this one . Its one of those that looks better in the flesh so to speak Diana

Beautiful loose painting, Diana. Light and shadows and limited palette work very well.

Fabulous painting again Diane....I think they look more inquisitive than menacing....very life like...

Herdswick lambs... Really reminds me of the lake district great piece......

Thank you Cesare, Sylvia and Alan. Yes, they do remind me of beautiful places too. Diana

I love the technique here Diana- those sheep appear full of movement and character

After the last few tight paintings, I wanted a big change. I haven't used such a huge piece of paper before because I hadn't a board big enough to support it. Got a piece yesterday so , today I used a large mop brush and allowed myself a morning to complete a very loose painting. It's weird being on top of a huge piece as it looks so scruffy. Standing back gives a better impression. I've enjoyed it and actually rather like it
