Diana, this is absolutely beautiful, just as it is - it has an almost 3D feel to it - and the colours are lovely. (After spending so many hours on a painting I think we are often our own worst critics when it comes to judging its success.)

Thank you Fiona. I made the lbackground wash too dark and clumsy but managed to scrub it off with lots of water. Thank goodness for tough paper. Jenny, thank you , and yes, we are dreadful critics. Often better looking again sfter a few days. Diana
