I've been there! I actually walked across it and went for a cup of tea in that famous tearoom (but can't recall the name) and had my handbag nicked by thieves. Still, it didn't put me off Dublin - thought it was a great place. I do like your acid greens which are light filled. Great reflections in the tarmac path.

It was Bewley's! It's a while ago - so thank you for jogging my memory. Not, it hasn't put me off Dublin or Ireland - just love both - and the Irish people too.

Love the clarity of colours on this and the also shadow tones . So easy to mud them up but you have them lovely here. Thank you for commenting on my painting Dermot . Jean

Painted in my favourite park St Stephens green Dublin .my way of working is to try and capture the light and colour as quickly as possible without overworking , these seasonal changes and the way they affect the scene , I find fascinating .
