Good use of the wet In wet technique Dermot, I read in L.P. That we have lost Ray Cambel Smith, where I got a lot of help in this kind od work via his books and videos when I first picked up the brush!

I like the way you have reinforced the perspective with the treatment of the different trees, sharp, suggested & fading/disappearing. Nice painting.

This view I've painted several times it's again on my doorstep and I'm blessed to live close to a beautiful canal , country roads and a castle or three .... I painted this before as I like the setting it's mostly wet in wet
