Thanks Carole and Thea. Went to critique on Saturday by Victoria Parsons and she was going on quite rightly about the value of getting out there and sketching and painting on the spot.

At the old quay area of Dartmouth. Wife walking the town while I sat amongst a crowd of grockles and caught thia scene in my A4 sketch book. A pint and the crab sandwiches she came back with made my day. Smsahing top deck bus ride back past Blackpool Sands added to the lovely
