Inintially I painted/doodled glands and the like in large pinks then dribbled inks to break them up.

I missed this one, but now I've seen it I love it. Really expressive and coveys a real joy as well as depicting the struggle involved. Painted from the heart and it shows:) well done for beating the dreaded thing!

22 x 30 on paper.Recent tests still clear so up came the subject. Initial dribbles of thick and thin gessoe, then dribbles and smudges of inks on turned paper. That all took some drying time, so then card marks of key features, bit of finger work, then images of relief and good cheer and finally some work with a brush pen.
