Thanks to you all. I am seeing things in terms of shapes and lines, not colours or tones and the idea just clicks. My new style of painting suits them and I am viewing abstracts with a more considered eye.

It shows Derek your studies and learning of a wide variety of techniques are producing some absolute beauties. You would deserve a first class degree in my opinion. Already up with the best

Love this one Derek. So different and original. It's exactly a rotary drier, right down to the metal spike and the loose hanging bit of blue colour line. Wonderful..your view as you see it and a joy for us to look at!!

Thanks Carole, Louise, Satu, Sarah and Russell. Forgot the rotary bit! No window intended and the rain drops were my failure in trying to use bubble wrap as drops on the lines, so just left then in and smeared some.
