Hope you are feeling better very soon Derek. Having had several enforced stays in hospital last year I know a bit how you are feeling. My sketch book was also my saviour and the doctors , nurses and patients were all used as models. These are lovely drawings and your determination is shining through...keep at it. X

Having gleaned some of your past troubles and the work you have produced since, I am not surprised to see these! It is often said of people and I don't even know you personally, but you are an inspiration and ought to serve as a way of demonstrating that just getting on with things and being positive is the way to be.
