Beauty. Very tame for you Dennis ;)

The sun eases the pain. Many thanks Ivan and Carole

Figurative is refreshingly good Dennis and so is this new work. You understand viewer's need for variation and people. I love it.

Just beautiful Dennis. Love the foreground figures and the reflections.

Agree Michael different types and a bit to recognise and too kind Henry

I like your use of green in this painting, Dennis. A little different from your characteristic style but still powerful.

This is fascinating because I'm viewing it on a small screen and it looks quite detailed which surprised me. Enlarging it I could see how it is put together in your loose style Clever Diana

Lovely work once again Dennis.

Love this Dennis its a lot how I would like to paint, loose but beautifully so.

Many thanks Wib Diana Stephen and Dennis swap you gladly and I would make a massive profit

Lovely, Dennis. Love the colours , perspective and composition, but most of all its the greens in the trees that are wonderful.

Simple and so well applied, not easy, well done Dennis, I'm flagging, inspiration and enthusiasm have deserted me.

Many thanks Jennifer and Alan I wouldn't let it worry you have a few days travelling and taking photos relaxing and enjoying yourself you have many blessings nature is beautiful and voila the inspiration will return. My constant failure keeps me going

Beautiful fluid watercolour washes Dennis. Everything hangs together so well.

Great atmosphere and I like the two figures on the right, they look so companionable.

Lovely Dennis - cheers me up on a day like this. Particularly like the two figures in the foreground.

Many thanks Caroline and Adele

Yet another brilliant piece Dennis!

I almost missed this stunning beauty, Dennis. Great composition.

I had a double take - we went camping in Charente when the kids were little, it was idyllic - but memories of the past often are. Beautiful "liquid" painting Dennis. Did you go there?

Beautiful scene beautifully painted Dennis.

Based on a travel photo Marjorie and many thanks Fiona

Just Brilliant Dennis

Nice one - whereabouts on the Charente is it? It looks familiar...

Hope all is well with you Dennis, miss your wonderful creations on the gallery.

Many thanks Fiona very depressed at the moment and poor health my dream of escaping poverty through painting has died. Thanks everyone for your encouragement and kindness

Hang in there Dennis - I've been there more times than I care to remember. A real nightmare but you'll come out of it! All the best and we'll all look forward to seeing your paintings again when you are feeling better X

Dennis I'm very sorry to hear that. I don't know how you are feeling and it would be wrong of me to say I do, but I lost a dream once, and I know how that feels......I found another, I hope you're as lucky. Stay strong, keep faith in yourself and walk in the sun.......I'll be checking up on you...lol X

Many thanks Adele and Fiona

Nice work again Dennis, I've often dreamed of a life full of art and just enough y to pay the way, but alas I'm not talented enough.. But hold on to the dream Dennis... I do..... One day friend one day...
