Super, loose watercolour Dennis,

Love this, stunning contrast between warm ochres and the overall cooer colours.

Like it a lot, like the steep diagonal of the slope.

Always lovely and always appealing Dennis. You and Jem Bowden inspire me to try watercolours.

Many thanks Stephen Susie Marjorie and Christopher proud to be mentioned in the same sentence as Jem

Lovely combination of colours Dennis and I also like the steep diagonal of the slope with all those shadows.

A touch of snow done with a touch of genius Dennis!

I think he's been one of your workshop pupils Fiona, this is so good.

Many thanks Jenny Fiona and Derek yes I have

Love this Dennis. Think I would have been tempted to add a pair of skiers!

Beautiful lights and shadows. The perspective works very well, Dennis.

excellent technique and composition superb light Dennis

Up to your usual excellent standard Dennis. Keep 'em coming!

Many thanks Audrey I was very tempted with the downhill Cesare David Diana and Peter

You always just hit the nail on the head. Another great painting.

Another wonderful scene Dennis, you are truly masterful at these.

A beauty what more can one say. Top marks.

Your brush work is so fresh and loose Dennis, and good colour to foreground snow ... now where's me sledge!

Many thanks David John Gudrun and Frank attaboy

Just browsing as I do before I hit the hay and came across this little beauty, don't know how I missed it anyway I am waffling this is as always awesome and the snow is magical for your next snow piece can I have a snowman or woman whichever sorry Dennis really this is brill as ever.

Really like the looseness of this Dennis as always, it gives the trees a sence of reality of pealing bark and the like. I really like the foreground slope and colours gives a real impression of the shadows and messiness of a forest floor in the snow, nice one Dennis.

Your last two postings are great Dennis both totally different from each other but both equally well painted.

Only just seen this - glad I did - its fabulous Dennis

Truly a wonderful sense of depth, Dennis. I also like the way you've painted this image on a slope - it clearly adds a dynamic that somehow I think would be missing if it were a level landscape.

Many thanks Jenny will do Michael Malcolm George Peter and and Wib yes difficult to paint while skiing

Beautiful warmth in this picture Dennis, even though the ground is covered in snow . I love the feature of the sloping ground too.

Superb piece, Dennis - full of life and light. Excellent work!

This is just beautiful, Dennis. I love the colours you have used.
