A 45 mins very well spent Dennis. Lovely loose washes.

Many thanks Val pleased with it

The time limit has added urgency to the painting and brings a fresh feel to it. Non painters always like to see intricate detail where as watercolourists prefer this more impressionist feel. (Well this one does anyway!)

I like all types Stephen nothing is barrel but this is about right for me

Gorgeous painting superbly painted. I agree entirely with our friend Stephen , the beauty of this work is the simplicity of it , that of course does not mean simple to do but you are the master of this technique Dennis.

Thanks so much Michael and Dennis

I'm putting on my comment again - a lovely painting Dennis, carefully controlled in a loose way, does this make sense?

Superb fresh alla prima, Dennis, great play of light and shadows on the houses.

Not bad for a beginner at............................................... speed work. Smashing work dennis

A double thanks Marjorie makes a lot of sense Cesare and Derek

Just right with colours and emphases if that makes sense!

Well done again Dennis, you made some very good decisions with this piece.

Nice and loose and effective, as others have stated very impressionistic Dennis, another quality piece.

Many thanks Gudrun George and Andre it all makes sense

Brilliant 45 min painting Dennis!

A great watercolour Dennis, and in 45 mins, the colour and style is marvellous . Well done.
