Yes, indeed it is. Love the whites; there is still that excellent use of light.

A most wonderful painting Dennis, very different to your usual work but as good and as Gudrun says the light is there.

Another cracker, Dennis.

Thank you Satu and Jennifer , yes I did this in a different way but I'm happy you like it

Love the style of your work Dennis, a really nice painting with great use of light and shade.

Super contrasts of tone in this and the low, slanting angle of the sunlight catching the boats and buildings is lovely.

Superb - one of your best

Stunning Dennis. That little patch of pinky red as focal point and the reflected light on the cottage windows give this that wow factor. Perfectly observed.<br />Ps. Along with that telegraph pole you carry around with you I have a sneaking suspicion that you take those three birds along too......

I need to get on with my day but I just had to sneak another look at this lovely little painting. Just look at all those wonderful interlocking abstract shapes leading us to the focal point. Goose bump moment.

Lots of praise for this one Dennis and I can see why. Super composition, the left hand boat really leads onto the light toned quay which leads us to that bright pink wall and then onto what? Leaves us wanting to know!

Love this one Dennis, such contrast in light and shade, with some lovely sharp edges, really makes it shine.

Superb use of light, Dennis. A little different from your usual work, but it contains all your hallmarks of good composition, atmosphere and light.

Nothing I can add Dennis, it is everything and more.

It&#39;s a beautiful composition Dennis and an excellent piece of work.
