Thankyou very much, glad its you like it .

Stop making me feel cold, Dennis! - however lovely this is!

I think this has to be my favourite so far Dennis - the composition is wonderful and that translucent glow of the snow is perfect

Wonderful colours Dennis, hope it doesn't come back though!

big thankyous all around much appreciated comments .

It feels a bit like winter here today Dennis but there is only snow on the hills....at the moment. I like your addition of soft colour.

Hi Fiona and thankyou . I'm going to try watercolours soon i want a mop is there any best one i should get or an advice about paper and stuff .

Gorgeous Dennis!<br />

Hi Dennis, I don&#39;t have very much experience of different brushes and papers...there is so much out there to tempt you. I&#39;ve tried the usual Bockingford, Saunders etc, but the one I use is Arches a lovely paper, the rough or NOT, I prefer the NOT myself. You can lift colour from this paper really well too. The one to ask for advice on this subject is Alan Owen. I only use four brushes, Renaissance mop size 12, Rosemary &amp; co round size 10, Rosemary &amp; co &#39;Roger&#39;s&#39; brush size 12 not sure if this brush is still made, it&#39;s my favourite it has a round belly but a long thin tapering point, I sometime only use this one for the whole painting, you can do thick washes and really fine lines with the point. The only other brush I use is a rigger. All the brushes are sable apart from the mop that&#39;s Squirrel. I don&#39;t generally swap and change materials Dennis, I tend to train them and make them work!Lol. Can&#39;t be bothered swapping and changing. Hope this helps, can&#39;t wait to see your watercolour....I just know they are going to be fabulous!!

thankyou very much very kind
