Great sketch Dennis - you've caught those coloured buildings so characteristic of Eire. Have had three trips to Ireland and this brings back memories - including one of my wife's legs giving out after descending the circular stairway from the Blarney Stone .

I'd never been to Ireland before I plucked up courage and joined a group of Saga members on a coach tour of the Emerald Isle. It was great! In charge of the tour was a jovial Irishman , most knowledgable and with a sense of humour that rivalled that of Frank Carson. Plenty of time to seethe sights, to kiss the Blarney Stone and to fill a few more pages of my sketchbook!
