Good grief !! What detail in such a sweeping view ! And the touches of colour are touches of genius. I cannot praise it enough !

I have been taking a very quick look at the next couple of paintings in your gallery, (for the first time as far as I recall). Extraordinary work!

Wow! All that detail but worth the effort. Lovely work :)

I admire your skill and patience to produce such a detailed work, very well done.

Great detail Denise in a stunning Pen and Ink, must take you long time to create these works

I love it, Denise. It's stupendous, the roofs, chimneys, windows, trees, all the textures, patterns, touches of colour, everything. I would not tire of looking at this.............................

Amazing! I got out my ruler as well to visualize it's size. It must have taken ages!

Stunning in breadth, depth and in effect, Denise!

Your Bath drawings are fantastic Denise. I know these areas well as I live about 12 miles from the City and am a frequent visitor. You have put in so much detail and it is all so accurate. Love your other work too.

Utterly amazing work. How long do these paintings take you to do as the detail is intense. Do you do the trees in pointillism? I have been trying to work out what your technique is for producing all the component parts of the work. Perhaps you might let us into the secret as I am dying to know and I bet others are too.

Thank you everyone that has taken the time to comment on my work, I very much appreciate it.

My new pen and ink painting, measures 41cms x 51cms unframed. The third painting in my Bath series, I just love this city. This painting took approx 90 - 95 hours to complete. Thea asked how I went about it . It would take me ages to explain on here but I have a Facebook page on which I have given a daily update with photos of this painting being created. Would love you to pop by and like my page ! Denisebutlerartist/Facebook.com . Thank you all who have commented on my painting , I really appreciate it.
