Autumn Trees

The only very small criticism I have of this is that I'm not entirely convinced by the tree of the far left, the light green, slightly pyramidal shape just before the lone tree at the extreme border; it sort of drags my eye away from the centre of the painting. However, that's because everything else works so well, including the quirky horizon line. I like the sense of depth, and the quite stark, simplified elements.

Great format and I love the autumn colours. I'm dying to have a go with some acrylic ink as the colours are so bright and positive.

I missed it in May but now I was looking for one of your paintings where I didn't yet commented on.
