Since entering a paint a Butterfly competition on these pages, I have experimented with ink and wash techniques. I have been looking at a set of Windsor and Newton watercolour inks, I had given me from my sister at school, wondering what I can do with them. I have splashed and used sea salt for effect. I was inspired by Jake Winkle from the Artist magazine and talking to my Mom who is artistic and a total inspiration to me, for when I was a child playing painting games of all sorts.
