This was an exciting painting to put together with inspiration from Ann Blockley. I used masking fluid on the spiky teasels and sea salt on the background with splashes from a toothbrush. I enjoyed putting the painting together and experimenting with technique. I love the feelings I get from observing beautiful butterflies flying freely in the countyside.
