Thanks Rach, so pleased you like this. It is one of my favourite paintings I did last year. It inspired me to paint it, by sitting in a cove in a valley in the wild where hundreds of dragonflies were whispering and buzzing everywhere. Magical!

As the lovely cotton-grass is out, so like cotton-wool buds waving in the wind here on the Hebrides. This painting developed from a valley of dragonflies and the cotton-grass which grows in the meadows.
