Really like this David, great drawing skills and love the soft muted colours gives a real sense of nostalgia

I really like your work. Great style

Great painting so important to record old building etc.

Lovely record of something which has vanished and very skilfully painted with great detail and information David.

Lovely rendition David, I remember going for a drink in the George bar there, many times on a Saturday morning. The bar if I recall correctly was downstairs to the reception area. The subtle hint of the market stretching away to the right also strikes a bell with me as do the trolley bus wires. A little to the left of the clock tower was the statue of Sister Dora, a 19th-century Anglican nun and a nurse in Walsall.

The majestic George Hotel in Walsall before demolition, to be replaced with buildings of little character
