Recognise this from the many reproductions I have seen of both Wesson and Seago's work, a timeless scene.

Thank you both for your interest. Yes, it is a classic view, one of many in my photo, sketch and memory banks still to paint from annual visits.

Every time I visit Pin Mill it's different. The tide, weather, boats and barges change but there's still a timeless "sameness" to the place. So far I've only managed day trips on Suffolk coast holidays but in July I'll be spending a whole week there and will be able to capture more of its wonderful moods.
