Hope he didn't scatter too much dust over your painting David. I like this and you have depicted that dust very well.

I am right in the picture, catching the atmosphere. I love it!

A great story to this lovely scene David. Expertly painted with bagfulls of patience I should think.

lovely comments Sarah thankyou x

This is absolutely fabulous and would look good on anyone's wall.

I want nothing more than to walk along the shaded tree line, when looking into this painting David. The light and shade coming through the trees onto the grassy headland is brilliant, as is the dust cloud around the tractor wheels. It's a beautiful painting!

Lovely light and recession David.

Wonderful painting David. Your eye for detail astounds me. Nothing left out or anything rushed just spot on. Great work.

Fantastic detail, love the long shadows David, tractor is perfect even the little man. Great portrayal of clouds of dust.

Brilliant David, as usual. I love your work.

Love your trees and shadows David.

thankyou Frank you are very kind

Stunning painting David, perfect in every respect.

This is really very well painted David, You've captured that coolness in the shadows very well. The blue in the dark brown works beautifully. The division in the light area from the dark areas really captures the intensity of the bright day. It is tonal values that make for a really good painting and this is a fine example. Anyway that farmer certainly know his onions.

thankyou John for your lovely comments .I can't think of a witty reply at the moment but a gold star for being a smooth talking bar steward lol
