The clever way you have kept the greens toned down and the marks from front to back show you skills in this type of sbject

love these cliff scenes, painted so skilfully. The foreground grasses are tremendous. I was under the impression gouache was very opaque, but this doesn't give that impression. Anyway lovely job David.
