Good on you for having another try . Colour better and so are the shadows though I still think you could make more of the shadows at the bottom of the apple . Why not draw it in black and white and squintyyour eyes as you draw to just look at shadow....is this another apple or you resisted eating the first one ?

Sajme apple...same drawing in fact simply added to it, so I guess it just wasnt even finished. What do you mean about doing it in B and W? (Apart from the obvious!)

Just to make it purely an ovoid shape . Not to be distracted by colour and look just at the lights and darks . I just feel you have missed the darks in your colour version. Purely an exercise in shapes and shadows. I am assuming you worked with a real life Apple in front of you . 🍎
