Beautiful light and shade!

I think it's clear that you didn't use a photo to paint this, because the colour, and depth of shadow, are so good: and I love that tree.

Please can I walk in there ? A lovely painting David.

I love the softness of your brushwork, that tree is particularly good

It’s a theme I love painting. This is a cracker David. That patch of blue distance is divine

This is a game of a painting, with the light pouring in and those wonderful shadows David. A painting to be very proud of.

Superbly plein air!

A couple of trees and a field, and you've made a beauty of painting out of them. The tree trunk, dark focal point, is like the anchor - and everything else just flows around- wonderful!

A very attractive painting, love the light and shade.

I like the looseness of your brush strokes, the massing of forms, and letting the viewer fill in. Wonderful gradation from warm to cool. This painting has life and vibrancy. Keep painting outdoors, please. The results are shimmering and beautiful.

This is so lovely
