Latest commission and this time we are in Bassett's yard in Tittensor ( near Stoke on Trent ) set in the early 70's.The main vehicle is a Foden S36, a 1969 model which has now been beautifully restored and even has its own FB page! https://www.facebook.com/FodenVRE372G/ so do pop over and learn the history and see some video clips of the lorry in action, and give it a 'like'. The other vehicles in the painting are of significance to the Fodens owner namely a Bassetts Plaxton Pamorama 1 coach on a Bedford chassis of about 1966/7 vintage and a lovely little lhd Fiat 500 from 1971. You may also like to know the owner is considering producing some prints of this painting so do express an interest via the above link if you would like to purchase one.
