Another super work David, there is a lot happening in this scene but you have not got a cluttered look. Your figures and shadow work is again superb, and the figures have a good feeling of movement. Like Michael I would like this on my wall!

Excellent watercolour, so atmospheric. And that turquoise dress really takes centre stage amongst all the muted colours. Great idea.

This is a great watercolour. Structured but free brushwork and great contrasts of light and dark. Really enjoyed looking at this.

Congratulations, David - superb! Love the entire painting; great composition, full of movement, wonderful light and great recession. This has a hint of John Yardley with cracking good figures and perfect perspective. What weight of paper did you use - 140 or 300lbs? Tony Taylor
