Good concept - I expect there will be historic collections of the lockdown in years to come. but why so dull colours. I wear the same colours as in my paintings, so any daubs in the wrong place don't show up and it gets me in the mood for the painting.

In these strange times I decided to paint something that would remind me of these days and maybe raise a laugh within my family. So here are my favourite clothes that I wear when painting. I’ve spent so much time painting recently that these clothes really are old friends so I think they deserve their own portrait.
