Lovely and cheerful Carolyn. Is it watercolour? If so, sometimes gently running water over it facing upside down, gives a really good effect but it’s lovely as it is.

It's lovely Carolyn! I can't paint in a loose way at all, so I understand what you mean. The background is great, you have a lovely blend of colours there.
