Lovely painting, But I do like backgrounds otherwise its more like illustration to me , we all have our likes and dislikes but it doesn't alter the fact that your gallery is superb.

Thank you all for your very encouraging comments. I usually do backgrounds, but thought I would try one without. Some people prefer it, others don't. Anyway it sold, so someone liked it. Brian
