It has got a watercolour quality to it but that is OK. It doesn't appear to be affected by the strong colours of the photograph. It looks a very nice painting.

wow, I like this sort of landscapes very much, Bill. You have a good balance between the rocks in the background and the details in the foreground. Well done!

The copy here is a lot brighter than the actual painting, due to the effects of photographing. Although it shouts of being an acrylic painting I painted it in a watercolour way without plastering the paint on the rough paper. I feel I am becoming more used to using acrylics, but I'm still at the "hit or miss" stage.
