All your Acrylics on this site look excellent. I have never tried Acrylics as i have been put off by some i have seen and i thought Acrylic to be too bold but your work shows how fresh and light it can be. Makes me want to have a go at Acrylics if this is what can be achieved.

Hi David, I would have a go. I’ve used oils, many years ago, watercolour and pastel.I find Acrylics very forgiving. They are very quick drying so are susceptible to warm weather.you can use a retarder but have never felt the need. I started doing paintings on 10x10 cms tiles which I sell at a craft Fayre.(will put one on) The down side is that it’s more plastic on the planet. 😱I love doing acrylic pour but conscience stops me as there is so much wasted paint to be thrown away.
