The most beautiful colours Beatrice, the sea is almost transparent. You have captured the complicated strata of the cliffs so well.

The Cliffs at Etretat have been painted by Monet, Courbet and other famous artists. They are most challenging due to their strata in all direction. I have executed this painting thanks to an Italian historic photograph who agreed with me for a limited Copyright translation. I painted it in Oil on Linen canvas box
