Railway Bridge Salisbury
Another ink and wash from my rainy day photographs of Salisbury. it reminded me of my youth when on school trips to London the old steam train puffed out of the station over this bridge and we were on our way. Perhaps I should paint it with a steam train on it. On the day I was attracted by the yellow shop and thought it would make a good painting. Used my trusty old matchstick to apply the ink, painted on Arches 90lb rough half imperial.
