Know it well, from a business point of view many many years ago, but an ideal subject well depicted.

large work for outdoors but works well.

Lovely work again Barry. You are in a rich vein of form it seems from a painting perspective.Another mightily impressive piece.

Love it Barry,

Lovely, Barry.

Thank you all Derek a lovely village we had lunch at the George. Stephen I nearly always work half imperial when outside I stand and use very free brush strokes I find I get too tight when working smaller but it does use the paint up quickly. Peter it's funny but I feel that I'm struggling a bit at the moment, the difference between what others see and your own perspective. David glad you like it.

Thank you Shirley.

Another terrific painting Barry, love the way you distil the elements into a lovely composition.

Beautiful painting as usual for you, Barry.

Thank you Willie and Cesare very much appreciated.

Beautiful scene, well executed Barry.

Thank you very much Carole.

Thank you Dermot and Alan, good to have reassurance but you know how it is wanting your painting to be the best it can be.

I like it, love your style of painting.

Thank you Janet glad you like I aim to please.

Out with our group today in Norton St Philip weather kept changing but I did get a bit of sun when doing this one. I found a gateway to a field and hoped that no one would want to use it while I was there. Probably need to revisit it and take a bit more care over the trees and to get some stronger initial washes so it stays cleaner as I won't have to overpaint as much. Painted on Arches half imperial rough watercolour paper.
