A lovely painting Barbara. The way in which the gulls appear almost ghost-like allows you to view the picture through them and they don’t become a dominant feature. A great idea.

Seagulls which have been interpreted by one viewer as angels. A winter scene on a local hill, painted in oils on mounting board, with seagulls "meshed" as stencils to create a sense of movement.
