Yes David another well painted African landscape you capture so well. I agree it brightens the spirit.

Non stop rain for us today. An imposing landscape, and I love the tree. Nice work David.

Thank you Chris and Lewis for your very kind comments!

Excellent picture, just what we need to warm us up 😊.

Thank you, Stephen!

Beautiful David.

Brill idea to paint a lovely sunny scene David, a super painting.

Thank you so much Sylvia and Denise for those very kind words.

Another fascinating landscape which you paint so well, David. We could have done with the warmth and sunshine here today!

Very good as always

I love these umbrella type trees and wondering if they are called Mimosa? The sparse landscape reminds me of the Karoo with those hump- like rock formations , so delightful David!

Thank you Anne, Heather, Angela and Martin for your very kind comments! Angela - the trees are a type of Acacia, common to Africa and arid parts of the middle east.

Lovely warm feel, very well painted as always David

Thank you for your very kind comment, Cheryl.

I always like your African scenes David. A good one.

Thank you, David!!

A watercolour I painted this afternoon of this region in South Africa located north west of Cape Town. I thought I would paint a scene with sunshine after all the snow themed paintings I have been doing recently!!
