This is superb David. The trees and the fine grasses are excellent and you have kept the sky simple and light which makes the trees stand out really well.

I wouldn't mind fishing here David. Love the slow pulling current you have created. All good with your bankside trees and undergrowth which makes this a delightful painting.

A watercolour I have recently completed of a river scene. The painting is inspired by a photograph which I took of a winter scene in a park in Nantwich in Cheshire.
