I haven't been here for some thirty years David. I remember it being very Gothic and fairy tale in many ways. Anyway another superb painting that you thrive in doing. Well done.

It certainly is different to other Welsh castles. The figures to my mind give a sense of scale.

A watercolour I completed earlier this week of this castle site, north of Cardiff, in Wales. The architecture of this castle is quite unusual in contrast to other castles in Wales!
