This is gorgeous, I love the purple in the hills and the hint of the little town at the end of the road :)

A really good landscape and painted so well.

Super view and painting

Nicely painted David, I might have softened the mountains a touch where they meet the sky, I’m thinking wet in wet!

Thanks for your comment Alan. I agree with you - they look somewhat sharp!

Great lead into the painting with green the path disappearing into the distant village. Lovely work but agree with Alan on the mountains. I think it would make a tremendous difference to your painting, bringing it into another dimension.

Such a tranquil setting David with just a hint of life ahead in the town. Another well painted watercolour that's so pleasing on the eye.

Love the tranquility captured through the composition and the misty skies. Very atmospheric, David!

As said great colour for the hills. You get around a bit !!😀

A super feeling of space in your painting David.

Lovely place, very pleasant painting David.

A watercolour which I painted from a photograph I took while on holiday in Northern Ireland last year. The scene is looking towards the town of Newcastle with the Mourne Mountains in the background.
