Very clever Margaret, I like the semi-abstract touch in it.

This is a semi-abstract take on the previous portrait of Blodeuwedd that I posted some weeks ago. Blodeuwedd is the Welsh Goddess of the Spring. In the Welsh legend she was created entirely out of spring flowers by two Welsh wizards but she proved treacherous and was punished by being changed into a tawny owl. This painting shows the transition of woman into owl.
