Thank you all for those comments. The trees would have been the last things to be painted, but I'd got used to seeing them white and decided to leave them.....

A pen and watercolour painting of a scene which I've sketched a few times - I used several photographs this time (it was too cold for staying long!), one taken directly in front of each house.
