Lower Copthurst bridge
Pleasant enough little stream, actually the R. Lostock, but a raging torrent one wet night in the 19th century when a horse-drawn carriage overturned on the bridge and drowned the poor occupant! That's the local history lesson over......... this is a pen and watercolour painting, about 20X20cm.
