Went to see a friend, who had a lurcher; the latter sat on my knee.... hardly needing to crouch. Such a lovely dog, and you've caught another wonderful dog: they're just about perfect - gentle, affectionate: meet one,and you'll fall in love instantly; and probably - so will they.
